Is Love at First Sight A Thing or Just A Myth?
Anyway, it turns out ‘beautiful man’ was married. But what’s more important is how quickly that important fact quenched the fiery attraction.
A little while back, I met a man, and immediately fancied him. Okay, maybe a little more than fancy but whatever it was, it was strong, I felt drawn to him. He is a beautiful man, who spoke and carried himself confidently, just the way I liked my men and since I’m not a sack of potato, I was 100% attracted to him, complete with the butterflies in my belly.
Anyway, it turns out ‘beautiful man’ was married. But what’s more important is how quickly that important fact quenched the fiery attraction.
So, it wasn’t love, right? The kind they sell to us in every romantic comedy, because if it was, then love is certainly too fickle to be worth anything.
So, are the pro ‘love at first sight’ selling us a myth, or is love at first sight real?
